Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or quantity, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution. • Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out within 7-10 days of the estimated delivery date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on the following: • Item not refundable without testing proof. • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage after delivery • Custom or special orders
3. Return Conditions
• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and proof testing report. • Returns must be initiated within 15 working days of receipt. • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email contact@rbfarma.com with the following information: • Full name and order number • Description of the issue • Clear photos (if applicable) • Preferred resolution: refund, exchange, or replacement Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. • If an exchange or replacement is requested, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible at no additional cost (if applicable).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
